CANopen adapter
The CAB15 CANopen adapter gives the operator terminal access to a
CANopen network.
The
functionality of the CAB15 CANopen adapter is based on the CANopen
communications profile DS301 rev. 4.02 and includes, among other features:
- Process data objects: 64 receive and 64
transmit
- Service data objects: 1 server and 1 client
- Network management (NMT): Master and slave
The CANopen adapter is easy to configure with the driver
through the configuration
tool Information Designer.
The adapter is easily mounted in the RS422
interface on the operator terminal. Should the installation space limit the
possibility to plug in the adapter directly on the back of the operator
terminal, simply use the optional bracket and connector cable to mount the
adapter in a more convenient location (up to 1.5 meters from the
terminal).
